  14. AusAID - ACCESS Program Phase II (5 years program: 2008 - 2013):
    • Capacity building CSOs partners/grantees of ACCESS Phase II (56 organizations) in 16 Kabupaten/Kota, 4 provinces: NTT, NTB, South and Southeast Sulawesi. The provision of service included: strategic planning and programming, annual program planning and review, organization structure development, improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), financial system and management, human resource system and management.
    • Development of Village-owned Business Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa/BUMDes) in Bantaeng and Takalar, South Sulawesi.
  15. UNORC (United Nations Office of the Recovery Coordinator for Aceh And Nias): Strategic Planning of Women Empowerment and Child Protection Aceh.
  16. Pengkajian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Adat (PPMA) Papua : Workshop Strategic Planning and Programming.
  17. UNIFEM and ADB: Gender Mainstreaming and Strengthening of Gender Focal Points in all district/city and province.
  18. IOM with the support of Royal Netherlands Embassy conducted assessment for Police Capacity Building in Papua and West Papua, with a focus on community policing and human rights. The field assessment was conducted by ReMDeC and took place between January-March 2009, 29 Regency POLRES (police office at regency level) in Papua and West Papua were visited. Guided by the idea that “good policing is undertaken with, and on behalf of, a community that both understands and endorses the police mission to secure social order” (Goldsmith and Sheptycki 2007), focus group discussions (FGDs) and interviews were conducted with police as well as with members of the communities they serve.
  19. MDMC (Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Centre): Evaluation on Impact toward Disaster Response Program for Children in Schools and Communities (CDASC - Child Disaster Awareness for Schools and Communities) in 4 regions: Padang, Bengkulu, Garut and Yogyakarta.
  20. HCPDM (Hospital and Community Preparedness and Disaster Management): Evaluation on Hospital and Cnity preparedness and disaster management in 4 regions: Lamongan, Yogyakarta, Palembang and Jakarta.
  21. HIVOS, The Netherlands:
    • Program Evaluation supported by UUSC - Unitarian Universalist Service Committee against Tsunami Disaster in Aceh.
    • Capacity assessment and development of Capacity building plan for CSOs partners (grantees) of Hivos in Aceh.

3. Year: 2003 – 2007

  1. UNDP: Preliminary Study on Strengthening Governance a Joint Program - United Nation's in Belu regency, East Nusa Tenggara.
  2. AusAID - ACCESS Program Phase I (2003 - 2007): Strengthening capacity of CSOs in 4 provinces: South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara especially in connection with public services. The services provided by Remdec cover: strategic planning and programming, organization structure and governance, community organizing, monitoring and evaluation system, empowering women participation and gender equality.
  3. CIDA-YAPPIKA: Evaluation on Democratic Local Governance program in 6 regions: Papua, Sulawesi, East Java, Maluku, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara.
  4. Save the Children: Mid Evaluation on Rehabilitation and Recovery Program for Tsunami Response in Nias.
  5. NZ-AID, New Zealand: Training and Technical Assistance on Financial Management and Accounting System for Nonprofits organization supported by NZ-AID.
  6. Local Representative Council of Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI): Strategic Planning for Local Representative Council - Republic Indonesia.
  7. PLAN International: Capacity building for CSOs in promoting and mainstreaming child rights in Indonesia.

4. Year: 1995-2006

  1. PERDU Manokwari and YALHIMO Papua : Social Analysis Training with Gender Perspective.
  2. Novib, the Netherlands (1995 - 2003):
    • Capacity building for CSOs partners (grantees) of Novib in Indonesia covering aspects of strategic planning, program development, community economic development, micro finance, management and organizational development, program evaluation in some regions: Java, North Sumatra and South Kalimantan, Maluku, Aceh and Papua.
    • Development of new initiatives and pilot projects to introduce gender mainstreaming program for civil society organizations in Papua, eastern Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara and West Kalimantan.
  3. Coalition for Healthy Indonesia (KuIS) and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/Center for Communication Programs: capacity building for advocacy, communication and social mobilization to fight tuberculosis in 16 districts/cities in Indonesia. These include Prevention of academic paper of TB preparation of the manuscript, and the writing of the book 'Healthy It Right'.
  4. The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI): Workshops and training for civil society organizations (CSOs) on Conflict Resolution.
  5. GTZ: Workshops and training for public services, good governance and democratization.
