Strategic Planning

The service have been installed to assist CSOs and other development actors in developing strategic planning. The strategic planning is covering: context analyses and visioning, organization mandate, stakeholders analyses; SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat) analyses; and formulation of strategic program directions.

Organization Structure Development

The service provided to improve organizational structure and design, task division and job descriptions of staffs, work-mechanisms to fit in the program design and the principles of good governance, transparency and accountability.

Human Resource System Management and Development

The service focuses on strengthening HRD system and management including: personnel policy and practices; job description, salary scheme/system; staff development and so forth.

Accounting System & Financial Management

This service aims to strengthen transparency and accountability and capacity of accounting system and financial management including: budgeting, book keeping, setting up standard operating procedure, standard reporting and audit,  and policy for financial sustainability particularly for CSOs.
